RED DIGITAL CINEMA & TAKE 2 OPEN DAY

For the first time, RED’s RANGER with MONSTRO 8K VV is being shown to DoPs in the UK for a hands-on open day. RED Digital Cinema and Take 2 welcome you to join us at Take 2’s HQ in West London on Tuesday, March 12th for the chance to have hands-on experience with the RANGER. Attendees will also have an exclusive sneak peek and opportunity to preview Vega, the new full frame cine lens series and latest development by TLS.
You will have plenty of time with the kit, with RED experts and Take 2 Technicians on hand to answer any questions. To accommodate your busy and demanding schedules, three sessions are being offered throughout the day – a morning, afternoon and evening session:
- Morning: 10:00AM – 12:00PM
- Afternoon: 2:00PM – 4:00PM
- Evening: 6:00PM – 8:00PM
ABOUT RANGER: Designed to support high-end productions, RANGER is a compact all-in-one camera system, equipped with a MONSTRO 8K VV sensor, shimmed PL mount, integrated side controls and an integrated top plate. RANGER includes three SDI outputs (two mirrored and one independent) allowing two different looks to be output simultaneously, wide-input voltage (11.5V to 32V), 24V and 12V power outs (two of each), one 12V P-Tap, integrated 5-pin XLR stereo audio input (Line/Mic/+48V Selectable), as well as Genlock, Timecode, USB and Control. The camera also boasts a larger fan for quieter more efficient temperature management on-set.

BUS: Three bus services run close to our West London office.
- Bus 95 runs between Shepherds Bush and Southall every 15-20 minutes along Western Avenue / A40 (Stop Q / L)
- Bus 487 runs between Willesden Junction to South Harrow every 15 minutes along Western Avenue / A40 (Stop Q / L)

UNDERGROUND: The nearest Underground Stations are Park Royal, on the Uxbridge / Rayners Lane branch of the Piccadilly Line and West Acton on the Ealing Broadway branch of the Central Line. The distance is 0.6miles / 10-minute walk for both stations.
